New players who make their first deposit at 555wim are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00, calculated as a percentage of the deposited amount as described on the promotions page. The bonus is automatically credited once the deposit is confirmed.
To unlock withdrawal of the bonus amount and any associated winnings, you must complete a 5x rollover of the bonus value on sports bets with minimum odds of 1.70 or on qualifying casino games. The rollover must be completed within 30 days of the bonus credit date.
555wim offers a weekly 10% cashback on net losses from the previous week for all active players. Cashback is credited every Monday with no additional rollover — the amount goes straight to your real balance and can be withdrawn or wagered freely.
All bets placed on 555wim are binding once confirmed by the system. After confirmation, a bet cannot be changed or canceled by the player, except where the cash out feature is available for that specific market. Always review the stake, selection, and odds before confirming any bet.
Obvious pricing errors — such as odds that differ significantly from the market due to a technical or human error — may be corrected by 555wim even after a bet has been confirmed. In such cases, the player will be notified and given the option to keep the bet at the corrected odds or cancel it for a full refund.
All results are settled based on official information provided by the governing body of each sport — CBF for football, FIVB for volleyball, UFC for MMA, NBA and LNB for basketball, and so on. In the event of a dispute over an event's outcome, 555wim awaits official confirmation before settling bets.
Matches postponed and not played within 24 hours of the original scheduled time will have bets cancelled and stakes refunded. Matches abandoned after kick-off are settled according to the sport-specific rules described in the platform's help section.
The cash out feature lets you settle a bet before the final result, receiving a real-time value calculated from current odds. A full cash out closes the bet entirely; a partial cash out closes a player-defined portion. 555wim may temporarily suspend cash out during critical moments in a match, such as penalty kicks or decisive plays. This is standard product behavior and does not constitute a loss to the player.
